If you're specifying wall art for a client project, the one number that matters more than price is lead time. Here's exactly how ours works, and how to plan around it.
Every piece in the Hour & Hearth collection is made to order. From the day a deposit confirms your order to the day it's delivered ready to hang, plan on 12–16 weeks. That's not a worst case — it's the realistic number, and we'd rather you plan around it than be surprised by it.
Pieces are made for each order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. That keeps the price list where it is, but it means timing matters: the earlier you confirm a piece, the more comfortably it fits around your install date.
Tell us your install date when you enquire, not just the design you want. We'll tell you honestly whether the timeline gets you there — and if it's tight, we'll say so rather than overpromise.
Every design is currently in Sydney and viewable in person by appointment, which is worth doing before you commit a client's budget to a supplier you haven't worked with before. See trade terms or message us directly with your project timeline.

No. One piece for one client is a real order.
